I'm curious as to how strength training factors in too.0

There is strength training listed under the cardio section so it does show calories burned0

You can use the strength training section to track how much weight you use and the number of reps you do. If you want it to count for your calories just search for strength training on the cardiovascular exercise part and it will come up.0
