Step it Up!!

I am currently doing Zumba 4-5 days a week. I also have the old Winsor Pilates dvd that I started doing 2-3 times/week for core strength. I do the dvds.....Cardio Party on MWF and Sculpt and Tone on TTh. I am looking to start more toning, since I am approaching goal and am not at all happy with the firmness of my midsection. My jeans (smaller size) are really loose in my legs, but not so much in the waist.

I have no access to a gym, so am looking for an at-home suggestion. I will be adding this as a second workout. Will be doing Zumba in the mornings with my sister and do the second workout of an evening. Aiming for 3 days/week.

Any suggestions are welcomed, I need all the help I can get :happy:

    You could buy your own aerobics step? I don't think they're all that expensive. Then you could put music on and burn a lot of claories whether you know official 'step' moves or not.

    Do you have on demand on your cable at home they have awesome workouts. How about a good old fashion jump rope that's a great burn as well or if you have any stairs at home to run up and down. I think what your doing now is totally awesome so keep it up.
