Hi Everyone!
My name is Amanda and I just started this program 3 days ago. I just had a baby 11 weeks ago and I am using MFP, walking, and going to zumba twice a week to try to get back into shape. I currently weight 137lbs and am 25 yrs old and 5 feet tall...Id like to get down to 120-125....Im hoping this works....have you all seen results? Any tips or advice are appreciated! Im excited! So glad I found this and all of you supportive friends! Best of luck to you all!!

Hello! My name is Kaci, I'm 21 and have a 4 year old step son who lives with me! I know how hard it can be to try and find time for wrking out and eating right when you're trying to manage a family! I'd love to help motivate each other!0
