My little success

Today I woke up, knowing i need to go shopping for food before there is nothing left healthy to eat. - But before shopping I wanted to get in a pre-breakfast snack to jump start my metabolism.

Into the fridge I go! In there I see..Pizza and Wingstop - this was what my boyfriend's weekend was made up of. But not me! I opened the bottom draw labeled FRUITS and I pulled out a nice tasty Orange!!!

And now I'm munching on said orange, and it feels great to be able to say no!


Nothing huge weight wise, but I feel like I should share this! I hope it will motivate others

I actually took 10 minutes this weekend to divvy up a huge pack of grapes into baggies and freeze them.
This morning, HUGE rush to get to work and I just grabbed one.
Now I am at my desk enjoying my sweet frozen delights - I totally get it!!
