I really need your input...Working out in the morning versus later in the day. Which do you think has the greatest benefit and why?

I work out five times a week and on one of those days I go to the gym in the evening. I have to say that i much prefer working out in the morning as it wakes me up and it gets it out of the way for the day!
I have no idea which is better tho!0 -
You're probably going to get a ton of different answers on this. The best I can say is do it at a time of day that you can keep up with consistently. Make it part of your schedule.0

Like a previous poster said, you do whatever works for you in your schedule, and it'll keep you motivated. For me, I have to work out in the evenings. If I can, I will try to get a short 20 minute work out in first thing in the morning, but I don't always get to it. I do my intense workouts after I put my kids to bed so that I have the most amount of time I need to get it done.0
