My largest weight was 235. I have had 2 children. I now weight 221.
My question:
If I lose enough weight to be 150 lbs, am I just gonna be hanging everywhere? It's just a fear I have about losing weight- what am I gonna look like? :noway: I'm losing weight regardless. I just want the real deal, you know? So lay it on me.

I'd suggest adding weight training to your routine of your exercise. I lost weight by changing my eating habits - but I lost sizes by adding strength training and weights to my fitness. I still have stretch marks but flabby skin, arms and other areas have toned. I do dry brushing and take GLA for my hair, skin, and nails and cellulite.0

I'm in the process too, so I don't know the results yet. But....I've been told to not lose more than 2# per week and use weights so that you are toning your muscles. We'll see what happens!!0

If you lose the weight slowly, you're less likely to have all of that loose skin you see on people who have used something to lose it quickly. Another incentive to lose weight by making healthy changes rather than some fad diet. Weight training is definitely a good way to make sure you're staying toned, too.0

Well, I started well over 240, id say I hit the 250 mark on the way up... I'm currently at 168.8 and I've been working slowly doing almost exclusively cardio until the last month or so, and I have some skin, I have some stretch marks that at least have gottten smaller in appearance, but of course I still see them... the results will be slower but my honest advice is what these guys are telling you too, start the weight training now too!! That way when you get to the 180 mark and you really feel confident to wear something, you won't be worried about the little bit of extra skin, because you tone will help that skin lay right instead of just being. 'Loose' is the best way I can describe it...
Please don't misunderstand, I do not have an excess skin problem but I can tell that that skin used to be carrying a different package... but then again I've been consumed by this process and my boyfried tells me it's hard for me to see the full changes because I'm the one putting in all the hard work, but that he FULLY NOTICES EVERY ONE OF THEMAND COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD OF ME!!0
