Hi everyone. This is my first week using MFP and I'm loving it.

    My first week too! I really like it so far. How accurate do you think the food entries are for calories? I was just curious since it's so easy to add a food item.

    Hi :) I think they are pretty accurate. I do some of my own checking and add/change some of the foods in the database if need be but loving how easy it is to use!
