Fitness Goal

I watch X-Weighted and have really begun to love the fact that the people on the show don't just have a weight goal they have a fitness goal!
I have always wanted to run, everyone I knwo that runs loves it, becomes addicted to it and I've always had a reason not to be able to. Before I had a reduction my 40H breasts were the reason, then I gained weight after the reduction and used that as an excuse so now along with my goal of losing weight my goal is to RUN!
I'm hoping once I hit the 200lb mark it's something I'll be able to try.
Anyone else have a fitness goal?

    I wanna be able to run for 3-4 miles straight. Right now i can do 1-1 1/2 miles, then i have to walk and run again but i wanna be able to not have to walk for half a mile in between

    Run a 5k outside staight. No problem on treadmill, but I suck it up outside

    My first was to complete a 5K (with walking, if necessary.) I did that in September.

    Next is a 10K (with walking, if necessary.) That's coming up next month.

    After that a 5K without walking. Maybe in August.

    Also, I want to be able to do some push-ups and pull-ups unassisted.

    my fitness goal is to lose enough wieght and build enough stability in my legs to not have knee replacements this year!!! I have blown out both knees previously and still do what has to be done in life, but Dr's tell me they must be replaced...............I DON'T THNK SO!!.........LOLOL
