One is a comment, one is a question.
Comment: for coffee drinkers, choc. powder in coffee = YUM and no sweetener/creamer needed. Yay. Can't get any better than healthy coffee.
question: Especially for those who are lactose intolerant or have ibs - do you have any symptoms from the protein mix? Got some for the first time last night, had a scoop and then had issues later. BUT I'm also not feeling well today so ..... just trying to rule things out.
Thanks!

Sometimes increasing the amount of protein you take in can cause an irritated stomach and diarherra or the opposite and cause you to become constaipated. When I first began eating protein bars and drinking protein mix I only ate or drank half of the recommended serving. It is better for your stomach to ease into it if you have a sensitivity to high amounts of protein.0

I got it at Target. It's probably a cheap brand since I know almost nothing about the stuff... Pure Protein..?0 -

I was wondering about that too. I have 1/2 scoop in my coffee now and I'll wait a few hours; if it's an all clear, I might have the other half later. Depends on how I feel generally throughout the day. Right now, it's just a supplement so I don't really need extreme amounts of protein.0
