New to the site. Not new to weight loss issues

I've been on MFP for about 7 weeks. Mostly I've been doing it through my phone. Just recently found the website and have been checking in here and there on the boards. I've lost about 19 lbs so far. Really need to lose close to 80 by the time I'm done.
My views on a lot of the issues with food differ from most peoples in the fact that I don't believe you should ever deny yourself anything. I feel if you do that you are more likely to fall off the weight loss wagon. I'm not saying go pig out all the time but if you want chocolate(like me.) figure out how to make it happen Cap'n.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello. I haven't put up a picture yet because I said I would give myself 6 months before I did.
