need HELP logging exercise

Options
So, I do Xbox Kinect Sports for my exercise, at this time. It works for me, under my own personal needs right now. Anyway, does anyone know how I should log this? I usually play soccer kicks and volleyball. It gets me moving, it gets me sweating and my heart rate definitely gets up. However it isn't AS strenuous as say, high impact step aerobics, or jogging. There is no recognition of kinect sports for the Xbox on this website. How would you guys log this exercise?

Thanks!

Do you have a HRM? If so, I would create a custom exercise under cardio. If you don't....go buy a HRM!

You might try using a search engine to find a different calorie counter to see how many calories you burn. There are many sites out there that have ''daily activity'' calorie counters.

What does a heart rate monitor do? Is it really worth it? It seems a bit "extreme" since I'm just tip toe-ing into this healthy life style. Are they expensive?

Prices can go as cheap as $50 up to hundreds of dollars. Mine is a Polar FT7. It was $100. It's worth it though. I never have to guess how many calories I've burned. If you get one, make sure it has a chest strap.
