Hi everyone,

I'm new to this site and so far I like it alot. Basically my story is that I was always relatively small.... dun dun dun, until I got to college that is. I am currently a 21 year old female senior college student that stands at almost 5' 7" and weighs160 pounds My goal is to go back down to my pre college weight range of 125-130 pounds and become more fit and energized and healthier. I would love advice and support along the way.
