Question: How should I log 30 Day Shred into exercise?

Please help, I need suggestions on how to log 30 Day Shred into my exercise. I keep thinking that im over guessing the calories I've burned.

I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training, even though it is a little bit longer than (~27 minutes with the cool-down stretch). That way, I don't over-estimate how many calories I burned.0

I use a HRM, but the aerobic, low impact calories burned seem to be pretty close to what my HRM says.0
