Mini-goals - Start today!

In my reading and experience it is the little consistent changes you make that moves the scale. So I wanted to start a thread on the daily mini goals. Feel free to write down the date and what your goal is for the day. The next day check in and let us know how you did...one day at a time :)

4/7/11 - my goal is to cut down on the sugar.

    Drink all of my water for the day, and do 100 crunches before bed!

    My goal is to cut my portions in half. I had half a tuna sandwich this morning and measured everything...didn't know whether to laugh or cry!

    If I have a craving for something like soda, I just have a sip versus an entire cup.

    I am striving to drink more water but with the crazy arizona heat, I drink vitamin water/smart water to keep me hydrated and find it more satisfying than drinking regular soda etc..

    stick to eating only the food I pre-packed in my bookbag for the day. no straying.

    How did everyone do yesterday?? Log how you did and what your goal is for today:

    4/7/11 - I stayed on track and kept added sugar to a minimum...yay!
    4/8/11 - Continue to stay away from sugar (with cupcakes at work...oiy) and eat 1 more serving of veggies
