Hi everyone,

I am jumping on the bandwagon.... just playing its about that time that i focus on my health and body, and I am prepping for a wedding coming up next year. I refuse to get in a wedding dress and feel and look the worst that my body can be without some hardcore work. I look forward to learning new recipies, exercise tips and overall motivation from everyone. I love this tool so far, and have a mobile app to help me track everything daily. So Im ready to go :)
