Slimquick Cleanse????

anyone ever do the slimquick gentle 7 day cleanse? I have been thking about doing one and I bought it today, but I'm wondering if I need to follow the specific diet or if I could do it with my regular healthy low cal diet? also, if anyone has done it, what was the result?

    I dont know much about them myself... but I am currently trying Jillian Michaels cleansing and probiotic supplements.... we will see how it works!!! :smile:

    The more I'm reading about it online, I am thinking I'm not going to do it. I know I wouldnt be able to follow the diet strictly enough.
