Tips for cauliflower pizza?

I just finished ricing my cauliflower now from what I have read on some cooking websites, they say to cover the bowl with Saran poke holes and cook in the microwave, not adding water because the water naturally in it will steam it, which in turn makes it less work to drain and such... Any other tips? I'd like a pretty firm crust if I can
