Hi all,
I've just started on a calorie-counting diet. I lost a load of weight (about 3 stone) in the last year just eating less, but now I want to keep it up and get more proper exercise as well.
I've been using the iphone app to track my calories for just under a week and it's great - the first tool I've used that I haven't given up on in frustration at it only having US foods in the database.

hi my name is terri lynn richardson,and i am trying to lose a buch of weight and get back in shape to compete in speical olympics , i workout at the wellness center on monday wensday and friday i have started swimming laps and i also walk in the pool and i come home and workout with the biggest loser ultimate workout three days also but i am wanting to add strength training and resistance bands into my workout. terri richardson0
