Egg white omlet. So filling. So low cal.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg whites (67 cal)
1 cup spinach (30 cal)
Fat free feta, 1 oz (35 cal)
Spray butter for flavoring on top (O cal)
Salt to taste

Total cals: 132

    I eat hard boiled egg whites all of the time for snacks. I put a little grey poupon on each half and it is like a deviled egg with only 17 calories!
