    Thanks! I set low goals for myself so I don't get discouraged and I'm going to currently just keep my goasl at 5 lbs a month. eventually it'll probably catch up with me and the weight loss will slow down haha.
  • I would love to join this challenge. I would be closer to my goal of 180 by my birthday (August 30)

    forgot to weigh in yesterday, woops haha. But today i'm 168.4 which puts me down another 2.4 pounds =).

    165.6 today. not too bad considering i kind of fell off the wagon this week and TOM is in town today.
