Hi! I have had these DVDs for over a year and I absolutely love them! I usually just do them whenever I feel like it, but I have recently started doing the workout program included in the set. My question is has anybody else done this and seen results? Also, how do you log it into you MFP exercise journal? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I personally would invest in a HRM and either create your own setting for it under "Create Exercise" and manually log in the estimated calories burned from the HRM. That's what I do with Insanity and any other non-HR tracking activity.0
