So, of course my TOM has rolled back around! and I haven't dropped even a pound! I've been eating like I was before hand and exercising as much, if not even more. When I no longer have my TOM, should I start losing again? because it's really starting to freak me out! I don't want to be stuck at this weight! o.o

Probably has to do with bloating/water retention. Just keep truckin'!0

Mostly the weight you have during that time is Water weight...You will start loosing again.0

You will most likely lose again. I gained a little right before mine and heald steady for about 10 days and then found out I actually lost about 1.5 lbs. Like stated before, it is probably just water weight. Wait for a little while after your TOM ends and then weigh yourself. I didn't lose until about 3 days after mine ended and then it literally was just gone.0

Thank god(x
It might seem kind of lame, but I got a little scared that I was stuck at this weight! It was horrible.
I just needed a little reassurance!0
