Hi My name is Kim,
I was diagnoised aType 2 diabetic May 2010. Since then I have lost 35 lbs but want to lose atleast 50lbs.
or more. I started walking from 2 blocks to now 6.5 miles, my eating habits are still good but have been starting to slip a bit. a taste here and there, no exercise for 2-3 days. Not taking blood sugars daily or witing in my food journal. So today I found this site to connect to my blackberry. Hopefully it will help hold me accountable again. I know the winter weather has a big part in this but.......help!
I look forward to your motivations, ideas, recieps, excersice ideas (no money for gym, trainer etc....)

Good luck, Kim. I found this app for my Android to be amazing. I now take my phone with me everywhere I go! It's so convenient and always keeps me on track!0

yeah thanks, well a day I thought to be decent eating day turned out to be 236 calories more than I want. Nice to see it tallyed for me and have it both computer and blackberry. Seems to be a bit time consuming but its what i need to do.0
