Good morning.

Once in a while, throughout the day, stop, sit down, and become aware of your breathing for a few seconds or minutes. Watch your breath go in and out. Fully accept the present moment and the way you are feeling. Do not try or wish for anything to change, JUST BREATHE, LET GO AND LET GOD.
