I was told about myfitnesspal from a friend but am wondering how do I know if my fat, calories, iron etc reports are on track. Is there a way to find out what the healthy amounts are for me. I have been fluxuating up and down with the charts but am not really sure what the correct amount of fat or vitamins I'm supposed to be having. Someone please help me to find this out. Thanks overandout.

I think MFP will calculate it for you when you enter your height weight and gender. But you can also change it if you find it doesnt work for you. Good luck and welcome!!0
