Personality traits and exercise

I thought this was an interesting article on personality traits and working out. It gives helpful tips on using your personality strengths to meet your exercise and weight loss goals. It's not terribly deep but I found it somewhat useful!

I'm an introvert, planner, and analytical. What about you?

Awesome link. I seem to fit in all.over.the.place.
I can work out with someone or alone (either way I love to push myself really hard); sometimes I plan and other times I wing it; I can be intuitive but once I start breaking things apart I can become very analytical.
One thing I've noticed about myself is that I am an emotional eater when I'm stressed and bothered and not eating a big enough meal every 2 hours can make me ravenous enough to binge --- so I have to be really careful to avoid that from happening!
That was a great little read0
