extra calories for exercise

Hi I noticed that I get extra calories for exercise but I don't get extra protein. Why is that???

Hello and welcome! MFP already has you at the required caloric deficit. When you exercise you put yourself deeper in debt.
I call it "will eat for food" :laugh:
1200 is tooo few for me so I work out 300 and lose a pound a week.

When cals are added for exercise, your goals for protein/carbs/fats will also increase. Perhaps you miss counted? Double-check, because that is an automatic function.0

you most definitely DO get extra of all 3, distributed evenly based on the percentages they are set at.
Look at a day with exercise, and then look at a day without, maybe tomorrow if you haven't pre-logged anything? There is going to be a difference in all numbers.0
