Spartan Workout Ladies?

I just recently started a Spartan workout with a couple of my clients..(My motivation was my recent viewing of G.I. Jane..) We are on day 3 of a modified plan I came up with for women... I have taken many concepts into consideration while making this workout including HIIT, Cardio Intervals in between weight sets, and a plyo-circuit... We do a total of 10 exercises at 10 Reps. each 3 times through.. 300 Reps. total.... not including the Cardio done in between sets...Anyone up to the challenge? I'd love for someone to try it and give me some feedback! :ohwell:
