I know microwave meals arent the best but I just started trying the Healthy Choice steamers to eat occasionally. The other day, I saw that they made an even better one and it only has 180 calories. Its the Healthy Choice Steaming Entrées - Rosemary Chicken & Sweet Potatoes. I opened it up and it is so small. Its not worth wasting 500 of your sodium on it. I had a bit and decided to not eat it. I can justify that much sodium if its a good meal, but not something that is soooooooo small. I would rather use those calories and sodium for something better. I hate to waste foods but I didnt buy them. LOL
