Hi all! I've been here about 22 days and have never felt better about myself and the choices I make with foods now. I am down 8 lbs. I am working out about 6 days a week, and I do not eat the extra calories that are added for working out. What I need to know is what is the "NET" number? I googled it and some bloggers were discussing that the net number needed to be in the negative range of -300 to -700. I am nowhere near that. I am always in the positive! Some days 600, some days 900, but I don't understand the number. Where should that number actually be?
Thanks!

Net calories is the calories eaten minus the calories burned in exercise. You don't want that negative.0
