i recently lost some pounds and guess what? of all the people to notice, it is my best guy friend! he always pick on me being flabby (i think it's part of him being my friend LOL) but for him to tell me that i'm looking smaller it's a HUGE beyond HUGE COMPLEMENT

for the second NSV hahahaha my ex noticed my weight loss we ended with me not looking my best hahaha, it wasn't a clean break up that's why when we saw each other he just stared at me and later received a message that "he didn't recognize me at first" i was too skinny HAHAHA

that's all! as soon as i'm done with hiphop abs i'll post pics, and so far IT IS WORKING keep it up guys, i love you!

That's great! I went to a family reunion last year and I have some cousins that hadn't seen me in about 7 years. Didn't know who I was - asked me who I was married to. I was --- uh no one in the family, I am family, lol. It was very cool moment.
