I'd say everyone is right...watch the sodium, and the sugar is really high. Also, if you eat a healthier/bigger breakfast, that will help curb the hunger for the rest of the day. I struggle to control sugar and sodium, I know it's hard. You can fee free to message me with any other questions.0

Something noone mentioned - are you getting plenty of sleep and do you have high-stress? lol, I know these are some of my own biggest culprits, and I'm working on them both! So, just a thought. I know I've heard if you don't get enough sleep it's a lot harder for the weight to come off. Another thought is maybe you didn't have a lot of muscle weight to start and so b/c muscle weighs more than fat the scale isn't reflecting actual "weight loss." Hope that helps!0
