I hate to exercise...I walk 2-3 times a week and occasionally hop on my elliptical and my boyfriend and I just started weights this week but anyway....my boyfriend took our son to his baseball game tonight and took our daughter with him since I have to work tonight so I decided to go for a walk, then decided to jog since I didn't have my daughter with me. I ran for 20 minutes without stopping! I felt great while I was running and only stopped to walk since I was almost back home and wanted to cool down. I think I'm going to try to run for 30 minutes, three times a week in addition to our strength training. Just wanted to share this huge nsv because I feel so empowered and strong.

Sorry for the huge run on sentence.

I totally understand! I have not jogged since High School. I REALLY hated, then. One night, I decided to run using the Wii fit free run. I ran for 10 minutes, and worked up quite a sweat. I ran a couple more time for the 10 minutes, and finally decided to "risk it all" and run for 20 minutes. What a work-out! I ran the entire time without stopping! After, I was so energized, I felt like I could climb a mountain! Next, wanna to run outside, without the Wii!

Oh you will become soooo addicted!
I know I have.. I can barely do anything but I love it. Totally get the "runner's high", even though I'm just a jogger (and a bad one at that)!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement! I feel great and definatley want to incorporate running into my life. I can see how you can get addicted, I guess my body must have been flooded with endorphins.
