I have 5 more lbs to lose and no matter what I do, they just will not budge! I have NO idea what else I can do. I have tried everything and they are just glued to me. My goal weight was 130, but maybe I am just meant to be 135. Should I just leave it at that and stop trying? I DO NOT feel good like this though. I know I would feel a lot better at 130....even at 125, but I tried to be realistic with weight/age. I'm just really frustrated and ready to throw the towel in and say screw it.

Don't throw in the towel, just keep doing what you have been doing. If you can intensify your exercise, that will help to do it faster, but it will come over time. I'm having trouble in the patience dept. myself. Hang in there! And god luck!

Banks posted this couple of weeks ago--and it helped me to decide to make some changes that seemed to work. My 3 week long plateau ended!

Thanks.....the only thing I can think to do right now is to change my goals to maintain and see how that goes for a few weeks. I guess as long as I don't gain anything, I'm still okay. Who knows, maybe that will make a difference. I am super frustrated! It is also really hot and humid here right now and my energy levels have been pretty low. Maybe a month of so of maintenance and then re-evaluating will work.

I hear ya... just keep plugging away.. I think because the first round comes off easier we tend to assume it all will -- and it doesn't.

    good luck!
