Suggestions?

I'm trying to keep my macronutrients in check but it's very very hard to do! I seem to always have lots of calories left over and then go over on sugar when trying to eat them.

I've planned out my day, I've only eaten breakfast for now, and I'm going out for dinner. Does anyone have any suggestions on foods to eat which will up my calories consumed but will not impact too negatively on nutrients? Maybe I need to look into protein bars...

Help!!
