BUT OMG....did anyone else watch American Idol tonight?1?!?! I am soooo shocked I am practically speechless!!! I was a music major before I decided I didn't want to teach, and Pia is the best singer on the whole show!! I had the final two being Pia and James. I can not believe America. Even the judges and Stefano were beyond shocked!!!! I think teenage girls need to stop voting, the website "vote for the worst" needs to be shut down, and the competition needs to be turned back to a SINGING competition!! NOT a popularity "OMG he's so hot so I'm gonna vote for him" competition. Isn't it odd that not a single guy has been voted off even though Stefano, Paul, and Jacob have not been great this whole time???? WOW...I just had to vent about this!! It's too crazy!!

and this is why IDOL is a joke, and has been for years.

We have a friend who's son went to an audition ( and beleive me when I say "This boy can sing"--NO JOKE) and he didn't get past the "frontline" idiots......so every since then we don't watch. Period.

That is exactly what I thought!!! Stefano & Jacob need to leave! Pia will probably have a recording contract soon--I felt the same when Chris Daughtery was voted off, I didn't even finish watching after that.

Pia definitely was the best thing on the show ... Im done watching the season now .... Need a new Wednesday/Thursday night show

I had a friend that auditioned when the first set of people she had to sing in front of told her she had the right voice but the wrong look, and she doesn't watch it either because of that!! I think it's sad how many people get passed up. I wish it didn't have to be that way, because I know the only reason some get passed up is so the ridiculous jokers can get ratings up. I personally think it's been going downhill every year, but I'm sadly a little addicted and still love some of the singers,..so I'm going to finish out this season, but doubt I'll be watching next year. LOL

I was totally shocked too - she was definitely my favorite girl - she was so good and its been a long time since I've liked any of the girls on the show. And to those who got spoiled - sorry - it was spoiled for me too - not b/c of the time zone but b/c my cousin texted it to me before I had a chance to watch it on DVR.

Ummm welllll Pia certainly has fantastic vocals, but her stage presence SUCKED. Especially when compared with the others.

im looking forward to seeing how this new show is going to turn out...the contestants sing, but they dont show them so you cant judge them on how they look as well.
