I am currently 158 pounds, I've lost 13 pounds since I've started dieting. My question is: How do I get rid of that nasty excess skin that sags from my belly? I dont neccessarily want washboard abs, but I do want to feel good in a bikini FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY FREAKIN LIFE!!!!!!! All I want is a flat belly without the stupid excess skin sagging and by God, I do not have the dang money for a tummy tuck!!!!!! Please, please, please help! Im dying here! ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!

Skin is skin---you can not exercise to get rid of skin. You are going to have to love the skin you are in. You have to take comfort in knowing that you have made accomplishments and reached goals regardless of the excess skin.0

there isnt much you can do to exercise it away, but start using palmers cocoa butter formula, it has vitamins and nutrients that will help your skin and is supposed to help with elasticity. and water is supposed to be really good for that too...good luck hope it helps!0
