While the scale has been moving, slowly, but moving, I didn't feel like I was losing any weight when I looked in the mirror. Until today, when I tried on some old clothes for the fun of it. Bridesmaid dress from Nov... swimming in it, same with most of my dresses that fit nicely before, and skirts I've held onto but haven't been able to wear in several years. Oh, and size 4 dress from college... don't mind if I do! Definitely made me realize how much I have lost even though I still have more to go. Great motivation to keep me going to lose the rest.
