I am starting to get tired of my chicken quesadillas, chicken tacos, grilled chicken salad, WW Soup, tuna sandwiches, and turkey wraps. I am getting ready to go grocery shopping...any ideas of some easy meals that I could buy for. I eat a lot of chicken, shrimp, tuna, peppers, mushrooms, and ground turkey. I have Cod Fillets but can't seem to make them tasty..im not a big fish eater. Snacks would also be appreciated. Thanks

I made these the other night.

(If you check out the recipe section on here, there are a lot of great things to try)
For snacks - I love greek yogurt (Fage 0% fat - AMAZING!), 100 cal nut packs, Special K bars, Bananas, apples0 -
For me, Cod was all about spices. Randomly choose a spice from your spice rack and pour it on, rub it in, and bake the s**t out of that piece of fish!! See how it tastes, and if it is not good, try a different spice the next time.
I love sandwiches. Especially when I have the right ingredients. It sounds odd, but I'll take 2 slices of toast, about 20-30g of baby spinach, some salame if I have it.. it's delicious with or without... some fresh sliced tomato (usually roma), sliced red onion mmmm. You can even spread some cottage cheese on it like you would butter, tastes amaaaazing0 -
I post a daily cooking blog and started it because of this exact thing. I would have MFP friends ask about my dinner, all the time. I post the actual recipe and then m tips and substitutions. You can find my blog at www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/TracieJ650

Crystal already posted the link to a page in the recipe forum, I tried the Cooking Light recipe for chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomato and goat cheese last night. It was delicious and not hard to do.0

Cooked mushrooms and zuchini in a corn tortilla with a little cheese and hot sauce.
A little pizza on top of a wheat tortilla--sauce, feta, vegggies, meat. Bake on 450* until crispy.0 -
Try chicken stir fry....white rice, mixed vegetables, little soy sauce (low sodium)
stuffed green peppers using ground turkey and white rice , and tomato paste
crock pot....italian chicken-wishbone lite italian dressing, tomatoes and chicken slow cooked
for snacks- jello with coolwhip free if you need something sweet
one serving of cheezits or low sodium chex mix- I pre portion mine into snack baggies!0
