Pressure change/rain/injuries!?

I just did my workout for today, shortly after it started pouring rain... been feeling a little off since the rain started coming down, but it's not uncommon that I react emotionally to changes in weather. I did the 30DS level one (or at least the exercises from it, since I've memorized the routine) and in the warm up I immediately hurt my ankle on like the third jumping jack. After stretching my ankles/legs a bit, I tried to finish the set... only to hurt my other ankle just before I finished it. It almost felt like I weighed twice what I do and just came down to hard on it... My knees and arches have hurt me from doing jumping jacks before (I have prior knee injuries and have always had arch problems), but never my ankles, and never this kind of shocking weird pain that goes away really quickly.

Anyway, I managed to finish the rest of the workout (a little less intensely than usual) and found everything felt a little harder to do today... the only thing I can think of is the pressure change. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Am I just nuts? Have I been working out too often?

Thanks in advance for any advice...

I frequently get leg cramps with pressure changes. they start in my calves and go up. The more rapid the pressure change, the worse the cramp and the higher up the leg I hurt. So, I can say when a storm is coming by checking how I feel. I have the same problem when I go from sea level to the top of a mountain in short time. (Lived at sea level and worked at a summer camp at 7000 feet one year- OUCH!) I experience something similar to what you are describing the first day(s) of my period. Frequently described as feeling like I'm a lumbering uncoordinated elephant. We do not exist separate from our environment.

You know, I was just getting past the period too... thanks! Glad to know I'm not crazy. :)
