Good workout shoes?!

any suggestions? I have flat feet so I need all the arch support I can get, my feet tend to hurt way too soon after I start walking/running etc because of my low arches.

leave me any advice or suggestions if you have any please!

Go to a running store and let them evaluate your feet. They have certain things that they will have you do and upon you finishing they will bring you a selection of shoes for you to try out.
