Here is a group My sisters and I created on Facebook, feel free to suggest to your friends on Myfitnesspal and on FB. The group name is WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTHY LIVING SUPPORT GROUP. (Health and wellness group) ----My sisters and I have had this group for a while now, and I think it is time to put it to use. This group is not just a weight loss group..It's also a health and wellness group. Please join and suggest to all your friends on Myfitnesspal and Facebook. My goal is 500 members by Monday!
