Why ello there!

Pretty new here but been using the site for like a week now. Gotta say I love it!
I really don't need to loose weight, if anything I need to gain a little weight. I just like to track my calories and my intake because I am somewhat active. I used to weigh 195 but decided I needed to drop weight and got down to 175 in about a month and a half.
I am in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician. I am currently in socal but I am from Idaho. I usually run about 3 days a week and hit the gym for another 3 days. Got to have at least one day for rest! Fatigued body does nothing for you!
So if anyone needs motivation, friend, or something on MFP... Let me know! I'm usually a friendly guy.
