I knew something was wrong!

I had the guided settings on my MFP nutrient goals... and I knew something was wrong!

Fiber was at a measly 13.6g
Protein at a hunger-inducing 45g
Sugars at an impossible 25g
Saturated Fat at a whopping 13g

I checked what percentage of carbs/fats/proteins I should be getting for my 1200cal/day diet and made the following adjustments according to the info i got from dietitian.com:

Change carbs to 50%
Fiber: 25g
Protein: 25% bumped it up to 75g
Sugars: 65g
Saturated Fat: 4g
Hope this helps for anyone who is struggling to stick to their nutrition goals on a low calorie diet.

    Yeah, setting your own customized goals is usually encouraged for those with specific nutrient intakes in mind. Nice to know you found your own personalized settings sooner rather than later. Plus, it keeps from going bat *kitten* crazy trying to stay within the range of numbers MFP generally distributes.

    Listening to you body and making adjustments to your intakes is a key part of health for all of us. It's taken me the better part of six months to figure out what works for me, and it may change as I make progress.
