I'm Lord Lethris (I Always stick to an internet pseudonym, its my preferred preference in this world, and is what everyone knows me as anyway)

I am an appalling speller, so bare with me on that! I do try to spell check.

I have cholesterol issues going through the family, and it had finally caught up with me with a whopping score of 6.8 on the test. The quack gave me a strict diet to lower the cholesterol, which I stuck to for 6 months. My Score is now 5.6, which I can live with, According to the quack, I am not over weigh.

I am using this app to basically "stay" healthy, and loose a little bit of weight, basically get rid of the remaining puppy fat surrounding my well defined shape. I use to go to the GYM regularly, but Cost, time and Travel soon killed that. And all the gym's close to me are Over priced and under equipped.

I recently purchased an XBox Kinect. I would highly recommend this over the Wii fit any day. Before the trolls start trolling me, I also have a Wii and Wii "fit" AND Wii "Your Shape", and I must say that the Wii is lazy and effortless, and doesn't correct your mistakes as efficiently as the Kinect does. I have felt more healthier and can feel my body working using Kinect "Your Shape" than using Wii "your Shape" or Wii "fit".

So basically, cholesterols now down, fit keeping is better, and im now loosing the fat!

Now here's a video of me strengthing up my right arm.
(Bowling people!... Jess' what are you like!)
Awe at my magnificent belly... caused by years of Mc Donalds abuse back in 2001. Soon to be gone.

    Nice to meet you!
Welcome to MFP. I am sure you will find the tools and support on this site to be a wonderful compliment to your workout regime w/ the Xbox Kinect (I am a fan also. I love mine).

Please feel free to interact in the forums and ask questions if you have any.
    Again, welcome!
