Hey.
My name is Rakel, and I just started here yesterday.
I´ve been losing weight for the last 8 months approximately, but it only started going well about 2 months ago, when I hired a private trainer and started eating "extremely" sensibly.
Finally the pounds are starting to melt off.
I like to move a lot, and I exercise 9x a week currently.
When I´ve reached my target weight, I will restrict myself to about 5-7 hours a week, so as not to overdo it.
I like to climb mountains, go out cycling, go out jogging, walking, swimming. Pretty much whatever. Oh, and I also Rock Climb. So much fun
Well, that´s it for now, I really like what I´ve seen on this site so far.

Sounds like you are off to a very healthy and successful start. You certainly are not inactive, are you? LOL
That's awesome that you enjoy so many activities.
Make sure that you are supporting all of them with enough calories.

That´s my problem exactly, if you look at my food diary, I really cant seem to get those calories up. Always a whole lot behind, probably because I move so much...
I do eat 4-5 times a day, usually 2-4 hours apart. I just cant seem to think of something different to eat.
(Apple, banana, skyr (milk product rich in protein), hardbread with cheese, and protein shakes) cant remember more atm.
Always the same breakfast... I just can´t seem to find fresh ideas... I´m also allergic to a lot of foods. Have trouble with fish, peppers, onions, lots of fresh spice herbs, tomatoes and such. Would probably be faster to count the foods that I´m allowed to eat...
It would be greatly appreciated if somebody would look at my diary. Only 2 days in it so far, but its pretty typical for my eating days as they have been for 3 months now... Any advice is gratefully accepted0
