Looking back at my diary, I am consistently over my sugar allowance by a lot. Has anyone seen better results when decreasing sugar to their goal or below?? Think I might try working on this...

It definately isn't a bad idea if you can manage it. I'm often over on my sugar "goals" that MFP picked for me. But as long as your macro goals are met daily, you're still going to get the results you want.0

I'm also regularly over my sugar goal, but most of my sugar comes from fruit, which is obviously better than if it came from chocolate or processed foods. I've been fine so far but I am going to keep monitoring it to make sure that most of my sugar continues to come from natural sources and if I plateau I'll look at trying to reduce it.0
