I'm a newbie here, I have some weighing scales but they are rubbish - my weight can vary by upto 7lbs every time I get on them!

Hi there, I bought some Salter scales from asda which show your BMI and fat and water content. They cost £20 full price but they have them on offer sometimes, I paid £7! They have been reliable so far and do not fluctuate like my old ones did.Good luck, Jan0
