Daily goal allowance changes everyday?

Does anyone know why the daily goal for Fat/Carbs/Sugars/Fiber/Protein change everyday? Mine is never the same and some days i'm allowed way more than others.. :noway:

All of that is a percentage of what you eat. So when you burn different calories, you can eat different amounts.0

If you exercise, and log those calories your daily allowance will change. You are allowed to eat more, the more you exercise.0

Because MFP adds cals for exercise, to keep the built in deficit (determined by your loss/week goal) stable. Because those cals have to come from somewhere, MFP then adjusts your macro (protein/fat/carbs) goals to correspond to the higher cal goal.0

Do you add back in your exercise calories? If you do, your overall calories go up, hence everything else changes too. I believe it's all percentage based.0
