Hey fellow mfp users! :flowerforyou:
I'm new here, so i wanted to try doing one of these forum things....
i was wondering, is it physiologically healthy to feel sore in the morning after exercising? i know the general perception is that it IS good for you, but everyone also thinks spot training actually works, so... its not like some weird acid buildup or something? just checking.

Just alternate the type of workouts you do. You're getting micro-tears in your muscles and you don't want to over-do it. Vary your workouts, and start off slow. Don't overdo it and you'll be fine. Just don't do the same workout every single day.0
